Rosel School of Massage Therapy offers a 665 hour massage therapy program that prepares students for a career in massage therapy. The program is intended to provide a comprehensive education with a strong emphasis in the sciences and the ability to perform a variety of massage modaliites. With smaller class sizes, excellent instruction, and a caring environment, students are able to receive individualized attention to achieve their educational goals. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Diploma of Massage Therapy.

Program Length: 665 hours Students may attend part-time or full-time. Part-time entails a minimum of 2 full days (9am �5pm). The program will take 6 months to 1 year to complete, depending on the student’s attendance.

Our curriculum involves a strong foundation in the sciences including anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology as well as a comprehensive suite of massage modalities. Our typical classes include:

Theory and Practice

This course provides an overview about the history of massage and general principles of massage therapy, including effects, indications, and contraindications of massage.

Professional Practice

This course covers the legal requirements and ethical issues surrounding massage therapists, which include scope of practice, informed consent, confidentiality, boundaries, and dual relationships.

Anatomy &, Physiology

Students learn extensively about the integumentary (skin), skeletal, muscular, circulatory, and nervous systems of the body. Students will also learn about the other systems of the body.


Students learn about the causes, signs and symptoms, as well as massage indications and contraindications for various common pathologies related to the systems of the body. This course a ...
