Description:

Our Home and Building Certification course is aimed at teaching students the knowledge necessary to perform IR investigations of single, multifamily, and commercial buildings. The use of infrared technology is being quickly adopted for the detection of HVAC deficiencies, air leakage, moisture damage, missing insulation, and the effects of weatherization on a buildings structure.

This 4 day certification course will challenge a student to use critical thinking to correctly diagnose structural and mechanical deficiencies using infrared as well as other testing methods. In addition to camera operation techniques, attendees will be taught environment condition considerations and also how to generate professional looking report to provide customers.
