Skid Steers are small loaders frequently seen bouncing around work sites, performing tight turns and delivering loads at high speeds. A large problem exists in that they should not be bouncing along nor should they be operating quickly. A smooth operator is one who can perform his/her work efficiently, but with much more care for the machine and those working nearby. Operator and machine performance go hand-in-hand, the smoother the operator is the more effectively he/she performs and the less stress is placed on the machine. Training helps to identify and correct operator weaknesses, thereby guaranteeing a more skilled worker.
