The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) have recently repackaged and relaunched the set of high-level standards against which the behaviour of individuals working in the financial services for relevant authorised firms will be assessed. The Conduct Rules came into force for those employees caught under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SM&,CR) on 7th March 2016. The scope will extend to cover most other employees of RAPs on 7th March 2017.

The regulators state that RAPs should ensure that all employees subject to the Conduct Rules know that the rules apply to them. They should then take all reasonable steps to verify that those persons understand how these influence their professional activity.

Our online Conduct Rules training covers the Conduct Rules for all individuals, as well as those specifically for senior managers, all set within the framework of the SM&,CR. Supported by post-learning assessment, this module provides employees with an awareness and broad understanding of the Conduct Rules.
