Cosmetology Instructor (Certificate)

The Instructor Training course consists of all subjects in the basic cosmetology, nail technology and esthetics curriculum, including theory and practice. Presentation of materials includes the concepts which are intended to be taught and the skills to be acquired to complete educational requirements. Hours are as followed:
Cosmetology Instructor (1000 hours)
Esthetics Instructor (750 hours)
Nail Instructor (625 hours)
Instructors with 2 or more years of experience (500 hours)
Clinic instructors (250 hours)

Nail Technology (Certificate)

The nail technology course is 350 hours and is designed to give students in-depth educational exposure in the field of onyxology. Once the student has completed the course, he/she will be prepared to take the state licensing exam and continue to obtain employment in areas such as manicuring and pedicuring specialist and product demonstrator.




Esthetics (Certificate)

The esthetics course is 750 hours and is designed to give students an in-depth education in the field of esthetics. Once the student has completed the course, he or she will be prepared to take the state licensing exam and then go on to obtain employment in areas such as skin care, make-up artistry, and product demonstration.

Cosmetology (Certificate)

The cosmetology course is 1500 hours and is designed to prepare students for the state licensing examination and to obtain suitable employment upon graduation. Students enrolled in the course will be instructed in theory and practical application. Upon course completion, the student will be prepared to work all phases of the cosmetology industry. Cosmetology is divided into two levels: the Beginning (which is the first 300 hours) and Advanced (which is the last 1200 hours).
