Ear Candling

Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative medicine practice claimed to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha involves repeated, pressured strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth edged utensil. The effects of Gua Sha help remove blood stagnation, promote normal circulation, and metabolic processes. Patients typically experience immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, nausea, and so on.

Gua Sha is also valuable in the prevention and treatment of acute infectious illness, upper respiratory and digestive problems, and many other acute or chronic disorders.
