The objective of the MSP®Foundation and Practitioner course is to give delegates an understanding of the &,#146,Managing Successful Programmes&,#146, (MSP®) philosophy and how it can be applied to live programmes. This course is delivered using the latest 2007 MSP®manual and syllabus.


The course is interactive, with presentation sessions interspersed with group exercises and discussions.

This course takes place over five days. The Foundation exam is taken on the afternoon of day three and the Practitioner exam is taken during the afternoon of day five


Pre-work

You will receive your pre-course Workbook, together with a copy of the Managing Successful Programmes manual approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the start date of the course. Please be aware that a signature is required for delivery.



From our experience, delegates who complete all of the Pre-course reading are statistically more likely to be successful in the examinations and are able to interact more effectively with the course trainer. We recommend you spend between 15-20 hours completing this.
