The 300-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher program can be completed in as little as 11 months, or up to 18 months. Students learn to teach intermediate and some advanced yoga poses. Students also examine the business aspects of teaching workshops and studio ownership.

200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher training consists of four noncredit courses to be completed in nine months. Students will learn to teach beginner and some intermediate yoga poses as well as discuss the business aspects of teaching yoga.
